Creation Questions

Let’s connect, we are excited to work with you! Contact us by calling, emailing, or filling out our quote request form so we can get the creation process started.

Personalized Creations and packages are best crafted with some reservation ahead of time. That being said, we ask for a 6 week time frame before your celebration to ensure that your Creation is tailored for your celebration. 

We do ask for a half deposit to reserve your event in our schedule.

We offer a selection of Creation Package, view more details about our packages on our Creation Package page.

Yes! All of our Creations include set up services to provide the most WOW experience.

Set up times vary depending on the Creation. Our team will make sure to coordinate the details with you during the design period to ensure everyone is on the same page.

We love outdoor celebrations just as much as you do! We do have an outdoor creation set up fee due to our team setting up Creations in outdoor conditions.

Yes! All our Creations include clean up services afterward to ensure the most WOW experience. 

We know that some celebrations can go past bedtimes. That being said, we do have a late clean up fee for Creations. Our team will make sure to discuss clean up service options during the quote process to ensure the best clean time after the celebration is over.

We know rescheduling can happen. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours to ensure we can reschedule your celebration and recoordinate another available time in both our schedules.

Our team will first do their best to find the best rescheduling time for both parties. However, celebrations that are not or cannot be rescheduled will lose their deposit and incur a cancellation fee.

We offer a vast selection of rental item including tables, chairs, canopies, centerpieces, lighted marquees, sweetheart thrones, treat carts, champagne walls, and more!

Our delivery service cost vary depending on the number of rental items being delivered, our team’s travel time, and more. We will make sure to discuss these details during the quote process.

Yes, during the rental process we can discuss and schedule a timed delivery to ensure rental items are ready for your celebration.
